Stormbreaker Book Report
In P4 we have been reading
Stormbreaker this term by Anthony Horowitz the book was full of tension and
adrenaline and is an amazing and heart pumping story of Alex rider.
Characters
In the book Stormbreaker there were
lots of interesting and unique characters including Herod Sayle, Alex Rider,
Nadia Vole and Mr Grin also lots of other quirky personalities. But there is
one new character her name is Sabrina and she goes to the same school as Alex
but she only appears in the beginning of the movie and the end.
Plots
In the movie the plot varied from
the book a bit because at the start of the book it started with a knock at the
door and in the movie it started with a scene were Ian rider was fleeing from
some bad guys that Mr sayle sent when he was killed by yassen gregonavich. Also
in the book he didn’t threaten to drop the canister of the virus.
Highlights for me
My highlights from the movie was when Jaq and
Nadia vole had that big fight and trashed the house also I liked the part when
Alex used the harpoon gun and got into the helicopter and shoot Mr grin with
the ink fountain pen and the part when he used the zit cream to melt the metal
joinery in the jelly fish tank.
My preference
For me the book was better than
the movie because the text was more exciting and adventurous because in the
movie they couldn’t add in all the interesting little details.
All in all I liked the stormbreaker
story very much it was an amazing heart pumping and exhilarating adventure and I
would recommend it to lots of people.

Stormbreaker review
In P4 we have been reading Stormbreaker
this term by Anthony Horowitz the book was full of tension and adrenaline and
is an amazing and heart pumping piece of literature.
When a fourteen year old boy Alex
rider hears of his uncle and only family member’s death he is in intrigued to
find out more and he is taken on an exhilarating adventure as he followed in
the footsteps of his late uncle as a spy. After grueling training he is assigned
a mission to find out what is going on in the walls of sayle
enterprises.
The part that got my heart
thumping was when he was running for the cargo plane and was attacked by the guards
so he used his yo yo to sling it up on the moving plane and got into cargo
compartment.
I would recommend this book to anyone
who like thrill seeking adrenaline pumping action.
